It&#8217;s been a busy day catching up, capped by the very pleasant surprise that I&#8217;ve been nominated in <a title=\"recruiting.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.recruiting.com\/\">recruiting.com<\/a>&#8216;s Best HR Blog 2005 category.  <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s.asp?u=622441607077\" title=\"Vote!\">Vote here<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> A tip of the cap to good folks at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recruiting.com\/\">recruiting.com<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jobster.com\/\">Jobster<\/a> for this event and thanks to the kind person who nominated this blog. I&#8217;m truly excited and looking at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recruiting.com\/recruiting\/2005\/12\/more_recruiting.html#more\" title=\"The honorees\">other nominees<\/a>, I see that I&#8217;m in great company.
